Founded ten years ago as a family business by Batya and Elon Stern situated in “Hatzeva” which is a part of the Arava Desert in Israel;
Fresco Farms grows a variety of leafy vegetables – baby leaves, lettuce, cabbage and fresh herbs.
The crops, are picked from the fields located right next to the plant, are washed, marketed and delivered every day across the country.
